I have won a total of 55,000 EUR, I was told I could withdraw 5000 EUR per week, but how is that supposed to work if they aren't even capable of paying out the 5000 EUR? All I get are copied standard phrases, sometimes it feels like a computer is responding. The emails have not been answered to this date, no one knows how much longer it will take. One feels utterly helpless. It seems very unprofessional. Sadly, I am under the impression that there will be no payout, I have never experienced a situation where money has been delayed for so long without any information. I am very disappointed, frustrated and sad. It is now day 6 and not a single cent has arrived. According to chat, no one has any knowledge of anything.

Unfortunately it doesn't end, the chat says the same thing every day and it sounds like robots are answering... all the time they're talking about some relevant teams that they supposedly write new messages to every day about information, but unfortunately they never get any information, since August 8th Days... if you ask for a time they don't know anything...
