I used the same payment method for both accounts: my personal bank account, identified by the same IBAN and personal details. Fairspin repeatedly allowed me to deposit from this bank account without raising any issues or flags, despite it already being associated with a previously self-excluded account.

These emails clearly show that Fairspin continued sending promotional newsletters to my second account’s registered email, even after the account was blocked. Fairspin only identified the self-exclusion issue when I requested a withdrawal, which appears extremely inconsistent and selective.
