I agree with you, on the other hand, there may be additional reasons that make casinos take further security checks. You would be surprised how many players are flagged due to sort of "similarities" meaning they are somehow suspicious. I think that decent casinos don't need to delay the payments.

Hello, this should be the licensing authority, the company selling the licenses, or sub-licenses. It's quite complicated with the sublicenses, though.
