Zahtevam da Gamdom ovo smatra izolovanim slu?ajem neovla??enog pristupa i pregleda moju situaciju radi mogu?eg povra?aja izgubljenog novca. Tako?e bih bio zahvalan ako bi se moj nalog mogao trajno zabraniti kako se to ne bi ponovilo.
Razumem da Gamdomova politika refundiranja ima posebne smernice, ali s obzirom na izuzetnu prirodu ovog slu?aja i ?injenicu da su depoziti upla?eni bez moje saglasnosti, nadam se da bi neko iz tima za podr?ku u Gamdomu, ili sa stru?no??u u takvim stvarima, mogao pregledajte moj slu?aj i ponudite pomo?. Gubitak je zna?ajan i moram to hitno da re?im kako bih izbegao dalje finansijske te?ko?e.

I am reaching out to share my experience with Gamdom in the hopes of receiving guidance and support regarding a distressing situation I am currently facing.
Recently, my 15-year-old child gained unauthorized access to my Gamdom account and cryptocurrency wallet. They made a series of deposits and proceeded to gamble away a total of approximately $1,600. This has caused severe financial distress for me, as I am now unable to cover essential expenses like rent and payments for people I owe money to.
To make matters worse, my child did this without any understanding of the consequences, and I feel both devastated and sick to my stomach about the situation. I deeply regret not having taken more measures to secure my accounts, but I never anticipated something like this could happen.
I have since asked my child to provide a written statement acknowledging their actions. I am requesting that Gamdom consider this as an isolated case of unauthorized access and review my situation for a possible refund of the money lost. I would also appreciate it if my account could be permanently banned so that this cannot happen again.
I understand that Gamdom’s refund policy has specific guidelines, but given the extraordinary nature of this case and the fact that the deposits were made without my consent, I am hoping that someone from the support team at Gamdom, or with expertise in such matters, could review my case and offer assistance. The loss is substantial, and I need to resolve this urgently to avoid further financial hardship.
