To je malo uticalo na na?u bazu podataka i ocjene kasina. Zbog toga je Fezbetov rejting porastao sa 7,0 na 7,2 (ta?no 1. decembar - prije 5 dana). The rating/reputation of each casino is calculated with our private automated formula (which considers aspects like unfair T&Cs, limits, unresolved complaints...), and this formula was recently updated. It slightly affected our database and casino ratings. That is the reason why Fezbet's rating increased from 7,0 to 7.2 (exactly 1st December - 5 days ago). Be aware that user reviews or opened complaints have no effect on our rating calculations.
So far, we have had only good experiences with this brand and their management (only resolved and unjustified complaints), therefore I am convinced that your case will be handled correctly. Please, let me know if you have any questions.
