En que momento me van a decir cuando ya voy a contar con dichos pagos??? Quien puede escalar mi solicitud, todo el tiempo en el chat de ayuda al cliente me contestan lo mismo, esto no es nada profesional y debido al los tiempos y limites dentro de su sistema es lo suficiente para poder meter una queja ante la Profeco por el incumplimiento de servicio que presenta su empresa. Espero por favor que me resuelvan lo antes posible y pueda tener mi dinero en mi cuenta lo mas pronto. Gracias
