Es gab auch eine virtuelle Zeugenaussage von Herrn Thomas Forstner von der OVWG. Der Richter deutete an, dass er der Aussage von Herrn Forstner nur begrenzte Bedeutung beimisst, da es in diesem Fall um die maltesische ?ffentliche Ordnung und nicht um den ?sterreichischen Rechtsrahmen geht.

Zwei weitere Rechtsgutachten wurden als Beweismittel vorgelegt; ich werde versuchen, Ihnen diese morgen zukommen zu lassen, da ich derzeit mit anderen dringenden Angelegenheiten besch?ftigt bin.

Die Unternehmen werden in der n?chsten Sitzung einen Universit?tsprofessor als Zeugen vorladen, der sein Rechtsgutachten über den Begriff der ?ffentlichen Ordnung abgeben soll.
