Napisali ste Multipli Times u na?em Live Chat-u, koji nemate opciju da zatvorite svoj nalog. (Spoljni tim za podr?ku)

Pregledali smo ?askanje u?ivo i videli da vam ?askanje u?ivo daje ta?ne informacije o va?em problemu.
U poslednjem ?askanju sa njima vidim snimak ekrana sa slede?om po?tom: [email protected] (Dana 29.07.2023.)
Imali su zahtev da im po?alju snimak ekrana. I obavestio vas da ste pisali vi?e puta na pogre?nu e-po?tu. (I dali su vam u svim ?etovima ta?nu po?tu)
Ova po?ta ne postoji, ?ta je rezultat mi ne postajemo ovi mejlovi.
?aljete nam 29.07.2023 u 9:08 po?tu na ispravan mejl.
Dana 29. juna 2023. u 9:17, tako?e 9 minuta kasnije, na? tim je blokirao va? nalog i potvrdio da je va? nalog trajno zatvoren.
Mo?ete li mi re?i vi?e o tome?
Mo?da mi ovde ne?to nedostaje, ali ovo su ?injenice koje imam.
U slu?aju neblokiranja ispravnim podno?enjem ovog zahteva u roku od 12 sati, mi ?emo vam naravno refundirati sve depozite.
Ali ovde ne bih prepoznao da je do?lo do gre?ke u bilo kom obliku.

They had request, to send them a screenshot. And notified you that you have wrote multiple Times to the wrong Email. (And they have give you in all Chats the correct Mail)
This Mail not exist, what the Result are we not become these Mails.
You send us on 29.07.2023 9:08?AM the Mail to the correct Email.
On Jun 29, 2023, 9:17?AM also 9 Minutes later, our Team had Block your Account and Confirmed that your Account is permanently Closed.
Can you tell me more about it ?
