?eleo bih da prijavim nepravedno zatvaranje mog ra?una u kazinu LEGIANO.
26. marta 2025. osvojio sam 4.000 evra u Legianu.
Nastavio sam da igram klade?i se na sport, a na mom ra?unu trenutno ima preko 6.300 evra.
Zaboravio sam, zbog umora od mahnitog kockanja, da sam se kladio na sport.
Slede?eg dana sam kontaktirala ?askanje da prijavim smanjenje bilansa, sumnjaju?i na svog mu?a, ali sam se na kraju setila da sam ja bila ta koja je dala sportske opklade, da niko nije dirao njegov nalog i da sam ja zaista jedina imala pristup njegovom kazino nalogu.
Kazino je zamrznuo ra?un, stavljaju?i ga na "pregled" nekoliko nedelja.
Tokom istrage, kontaktirao sam podr?ku Legiana putem ?askanja i e-po?te da ka?em da sam jedini imao pristup njihovom nalogu i da sam, zbog umora od intenzivnog igranja, gre?kom kontaktirao podr?ku putem ?askanja da prijavim sumnjive opklade.
Objasnio sam putem e-po?te i ?askanja da sam ove opklade zaista napravio ja i da niko nije imao pristup mom poverljivom nalogu Legiano.
Legiano Casino je 16. aprila 2025. poslao poruku da nazna?i zatvaranje istrage i otklanjanje sumnje, navode?i da: ?Istraga nije otkrila nikakve hakerske anomalije ili sumnjive aktivnosti tre?e strane", potvr?uju?i da sam oduvek bio jedini korisnik naloga...

Legiano Casino zatvara moj nalog bez ikakvog legitimnog razloga, iako je u prethodnoj poruci od 16. aprila 2025. kazino potvrdio da je aktivnost mog naloga normalna.
Stanje na mom Legiano ra?unu prelazi 6.300 evra.
Zahtevam da Legiano deblokira moj nalog i dozvoli mi da podignem svoj novac.

- snimak ekrana mejla od 16. aprila 2025. u vezi sa okon?anjem istrage i zahtevom za dokumentaciju.
- snimak ekrana e-po?te od 20. aprila 2025. u vezi sa zatvaranjem mog naloga u Legianu sa 6.300 evra na njemu.
- PDF poslat Legianu sa mojom li?nom kartom, mojim bankovnim podacima i bankovnom karticom.

I would like to report the unfair closure of my account at the LEGIANO casino.
On March 26, 2025, I won 4,000 EUR at Legiano.
I continued to play by placing sports bets, and my account currently has over 6,300 euros.
I had forgotten, due to the fatigue of the frantic gambling, that I had placed a sports bet.
I contacted the chat the next day to report a decrease in my balance, suspecting my husband, but ultimately I had remembered that I was the one who had placed the sports bets, that no one had touched his account, and that I was indeed the only one with access to his casino account.
The casino froze the account, putting it on "review" for several weeks.
During the investigation, I contacted Legiano support via chat and email to state that I was the only one with access to their account and that, due to fatigue from intensive gaming, I had mistakenly contacted support via chat to report suspicious bets.
I explained via email and chat that these bets had indeed been made by me and that no one had access to my confidential Legiano account.
On April 16, 2025, Legiano Casino sent a message to indicate the closure of the investigation and the removal of doubt, stating that: "The investigation did not reveal any hacking anomalies or suspicious activity by a third party," confirming that I have always been the sole user of the account...

Legiano Casino is closing my account without any legitimate reason, even though in the previous message dated April 16, 2025, the casino confirmed that my account activity was normal.
My Legiano account balance exceeds 6,300 euros.

I filed a complaint on Guru by sending:
- a screenshot of the email dated April 16, 2025 regarding the end of the investigation and request for documents.
- a screenshot of the email dated April 20, 2025 regarding the closure of my Legiano account with 6,300 euros on it.
- the PDF sent to Legiano with my ID card, my bank details, and my bank card.
