In response I received this from casino support: I mention that they reject my withdrawals without explaining the reason, they reply that I use another method. But if I do it, it automatically rejects it because it is a different method used when I made the deposit (it is an endless cycle).

I have been made aware of Mystake reviews on TRUSTPILOT reaching over 17,000! In my opinion this seems disproportionate! On closer inspection I found many replicated reviews, which I find concerning. I have issued a complaint with TRUSTPILOT and whilst you are separate companies I think it is worth sharing this with players on GC so they are aware of possible fake reviews being added to inflate their status.
The question has to be asked "if Mystake are a reputable casino operator, why would this behaviour be necessary?!"

I can see your situation better and the screenshot also says that you have to use a different method to withdraw. I don't see the point of using a different withdrawal method then, it's immediately rejected because it's not the same method you used for the deposit. Did you also point out to the support that if you try to withdraw by another method it is instantly rejected ?

So instead of reverting the bonus to 50 and letting me carry on they have let me build up a balance that is essentially useless due to the fact I can never withdraw it..it seemingly never becomes my money.
Is this practice right.. it feels deceitful
