Na mom prvom zahtevu za povla?enje tra?i se NAZIV BANKE, KOD ZA BRISANjE, IBAN i NAZIV RA?UNA. Popunio sam ga neta?nim podacima (po?to nemamo iste bankovne podatke ovde u AUS-u), ali u slede?im poku?ajima ve? tra?i NAZIV BANKE, BSB, BROJ RA?UNA i NAZIV RA?UNA. Siguran sam da sam ovaj put uneo ta?ne podatke, ali novac se upravo vratio na moj ra?un i na transakciji pi?e ?Otka?i povla?enje". ?udno i sad sam zabrinut ?ta se de?ava. Nadam se da ?u uskoro dobiti svoj novac. Jesi li dobio svoje?
Hi Barney! I am currently experiencing this on Playzilla website. Tried to withdraw 8 times but it keeps getting cancelled. On my first withdrawal request it ask for BANK NAME, CLEARING CODE, IBAN, and ACCOUNT NAME. I filled it up with incorrect info ( as we dont have same bank info here in AUS) but the next attempts it already ask me for BANK NAME, BSB, ACCOUNT NUMBER and ACCOUNT NAME. I am sure I have put correct info this time but the money just went back to my account and on the transaction it says withdrawal cancel. Strange and I am worried now whats going on. I am hoping I can get my money soon. Did you get yours?
