From my perspective, if the problem is only with payment options, the casino should suggest just one - working and then, proceed with the payout as soon as possible. As a last resort option, cryptocurrencies are commonly used to save the day. I'm glad you created the complaint sounds like the casino is helpless now.

Yes I have checked the spam folder and this is not the case.

Initially when I started the KYC process they requested clear copies of the identification card, then it was a face photo with the card in the hand next to the face and their email asking for that in the other hand (ridiculous) but I agreed with everything and sent it. In the end, a week ago, they replied that they would have to wait for a response from the specialists.

I've been reinforcing it day in, day out and the answer is always the same copy paste that requests are analyzed in order and I have to wait.

I will then wait the 14 days and then file a formal complaint.

Inicialmente quando iniciei o processo de KYC solicitaram cópias nítidas do cart?o de identifica??o, depois foi foto de rosto com o cart?o na m?o junto à cara e o email deles a pedir isso mesmo na outra m?o (ridículo) mas concordei com tudo e enviei. No final, há uma semana, responderam que teria de aguardar resposta dos especialistas.

Tenho refor?ado dia sim, dia n?o e a resposta é sempre o mesmo copy paste que os pedidos s?o analisados por ordem e que tenho de aguardar.

Vou ent?o aguardar os 14 dias e depois preencho queixa formal.

I don't think it's quite right for the casino to tell you to deposit more money using a different method and withdraw it that way. If they have a problem they should try to solve it and I don't consider the payment method to be a big issue.

Well, it depends on the deposit method, but I don't trust certain electronic wallet methods and other methods. I think the minimum per card is €5 but I only have one card and I don't want to have to make the deposit with another method and then not be able to withdraw it.

Good morning everyone, so I had a problem playing on paripesa I made a withdrawal of €300.65 using the available method which was via sepa since with those I had deposited (i.e. with the card) it gave me a rejection.

Here the tragedy the withdrawal request is written approved but usually the money arrives within a few minutes and more than anything in the wording IBAN I copied and pasted from the bank's website and I also pasted the word (iban) excuse the pun.

Now I have another 400 euros to withdraw but they told me to wait at least 24 hours and use the method I paid with. But I didn't do it before, is it possible that those 300 euros will never arrive? Thank you so much

Qua la tragedia la richiesta di prelievo cé scritto approvata ma di solito i soldi mi arrivano entro pochi minuti e più che altro nella dicitura iban ho fatto copia e incolla dal sito della banca e ho incollato anche la parola (iban) scusate il gioco di parole.
