In live support I was told that only 800... ok... 800 had been ordered (processing should take 2-3 days). After 3 days the payout was cancelled... technical error... live support... blah blah. I'm trying to pay out again... technical error... how on earth are you supposed to pay out 10,000 in such a fuss???

Hi, I've been emailing support and my supposed Playzilla VIP agent for two weeks now, trying to close my account, but I haven't received any responses from either party. I contacted the chat, and they told me they were sorry but couldn't do anything. They'd forwarded the message to the appropriate department and would respond urgently.
