6. A larger win occurs that you want to pay out and then you are faced with the fact that the payment was blocked. 

7. Online chat asks you to replace what they ask for (even without suspicion) because it's just documentation. 

8. You do what they ask for, apparently they accept it in the system, but they just make you believe that you have to wait. 

9. Then a template email arrives where they say you broke the rules. 

10. comes the new template message to accept what they offer a smaller amount instead of the full winnings, because if not, the account will remain closed! 

This has happened to everyone!

Their system automatically freezes the payout as soon as someone becomes profitable and you never get the money you won after a fair deposit!

If your documents are marked as approved, but verification is still not complete, it likely means that either a final check is pending (like a selfie with your ID and a handwritten note), or there’s a mismatch in your account details. Verde casino verification email taking 30 minutes to to be sent and received. 30 minutes for one email in 21 century where everything is instant, I cannot believe it. Also it would be good if it was 30 minutes, I am waiting 1.5 h and still nothing, and they said they did sent two mails. When I click on send email button, nothing happens, so I have to contact support, than they send there grandma to bring it by foot, and even she would be faster than this.

Also I did receive one email, which went into junk, and verification link did not work, it was sending to Us, and I am in Eu, I guess that was the issue, but it was broken anyhow. And all of that after I uploaded all of my documents, verfied mobile, resolved everything, then they create problem with email. I guess so I don't get my 25 e no deposit bonus. Now I am afraid my documents will be used for who knows what, I don't thrust this page at all.

I see that there is a communication error, sometimes emails end up in junk or spam. This happens quite often. 

But what is the specific problem? Do you have to go through verification and get a deposit bonus?
