Prema prethodnim objavama koje sam video da ?e artstrid verovatno osporiti spor, ali na kraju dana nisam dobio ni?ta (digitalna umetnost) u zamenu za moje uplate. Ni?ta nije poslato na moju adresu e-po?te za potvrdu kupovine, npr. ID rezervacije/referenca itd. ?ak ni nemam nov?anik da po?aljem sve ovo. Dakle, ako ne mogu da pru?e dokaz za ovo, mislite da bi povra?aj sredstava bio uspe?an. Postoji li jo? ne?to ?to biste preporu?ili da se sprovede protiv ove mafije, vidim stvari o gdpr-u? Tbh nisam upoznat sa ovim, ali zvu?i kao da poma?e da podr?ava povra?aj sredstava
Cheers mate.. revolut have now raised my chargeback with artstrid -goods/services not received. So at least over the first hurdle. According to previous posts I've seen artstrid will likely challenge the dispute but at the end of the day I didn't receive anything (digital art) in return for my payments. Nothing was sent to my email address to confirm purchases ie booking id/ reference etc. I dont even own a wallet to send all this too. So if they can't provide proof of this, you'd think the chargeback would be successful. Is there anything else you'd recommend carrying out against this mob, I'm seeing stuff about a gdpr? Tbh I'm not familiar with this but sounds like it helps supports the chargeback
