Sk?l kompis.. revolut har nu h?jt min ?terbetalning med artstrid -varor/tj?nster ej mottagna. S? ?tminstone ?ver det f?rsta hindret. Enligt tidigare inl?gg jag har sett kommer artstrid sannolikt att utmana tvisten men i slutet av dagen fick jag ingenting (digital konst) i utbyte mot mina betalningar. Ingenting skickades till min e-postadress f?r att bekr?fta k?p, dvs boknings-id/referens etc. Jag ?ger inte ens en pl?nbok f?r att skicka allt detta ocks?. S? om de inte kan ge bevis p? detta skulle du tro att ?terkravet skulle vara framg?ngsrikt. Finns det n?got annat du skulle rekommendera att utf?ra mot den h?r mobben, jag ser saker om en gdpr? Tbh jag ?r inte bekant med detta men det l?ter som att det hj?lper till att st?dja ?terkravet
Cheers mate.. revolut have now raised my chargeback with artstrid -goods/services not received. So at least over the first hurdle. According to previous posts I've seen artstrid will likely challenge the dispute but at the end of the day I didn't receive anything (digital art) in return for my payments. Nothing was sent to my email address to confirm purchases ie booking id/ reference etc. I dont even own a wallet to send all this too. So if they can't provide proof of this, you'd think the chargeback would be successful. Is there anything else you'd recommend carrying out against this mob, I'm seeing stuff about a gdpr? Tbh I'm not familiar with this but sounds like it helps supports the chargeback
