samo da dodam svoju pri?u o: Bitebloom, bite labs itd. Aka Mr Punter
Poku?ao sam da stupim u kontakt sa gospodinom Punterom, ali sam se zaglavio u doom petlji AI odgovora. Zatim sam eskalirao podizanjem la?nih MC kodova o nedostatku transparentnosti pri povla?enju itd i hladnoj ti?ini, a moj nalog je tada bio potpuno zaklju?an... ?ekao sam vi?e od 3 nedelje dok sam tra?io odgovore od gospodina Puntera.
Od tada sam podigao povra?aj sredstava kod tri banke, sve su do sada bile uspe?ne i za Monzo unapred kreditiran. Nisam siguran da li ?e se osporiti na osnovu onoga ?to sam pro?itao.
Su?tina problema je kada je (za refundiranje Mastercard procesora) povra?aj stigao od ku?e raspu?tenih kompanija Bitebloom Ltd.
Nisam siguran da li to nekome poma?e, ali ?elim da ?ujem iskustva sa biteblm*lab ili ko god da su! Direktno bih kontaktirao procesor, ali ne mogu da ga prona?em do kraja ?ivota.

just to add my own story re: Bytebloom, byte labs etc. Aka Mr Punter
I attempted to contact Mr Punter but got stuck in a doom loop of ai responses. I then escalated raising false MC Codes lack of transparency on withdrawal etc and stone cold silence, with my account then being locked completely… have waited over 3 weeks whilst chasing for responses from Mr Punter.
Since then I’ve raised chargebacks with three banks, all successful so far and for Monzo pre-credited. Unsure if they will dispute back based on what I’ve read.
Crux of issue is when ( for the Mastercard processor refund) the refund came in it was from the dissolved companies house Bytebloom Ltd.
Not sure if that helps anyone, but keen to hear experiences of byteblm*lab or whoever they are! I’d contact the processor directly but can’t for the life of me find it.
