Upravo sam pokrenuo neke sporne transakcije sa Revolutom, a oni su ih zatvorili u roku od 20 minuta rekav?i da je trgovac odbio. ?ak i da je to istina (ne verujem da su ?ak ni poku?ali da ih kontaktiraju), ne bi trebalo da bude va?no ?ta ka?u osim ako ne pru?e dokaze da su transakcije bile legitimne, potro?ene u spa centru, ?to nisu bile. Toliko sam zgro?en ovim izgovorom za banku, dovode me do o?aja, nikada mi nisu pomogli da vratim desetine hiljada koje sam izgubio preko njih, a sada ne mogu da vratim ni nekoliko stotina funti povra?aja sredstava.
Izvinjavam se zbog tirade, ali smatram da je nedoslednost u njihovom pristupu i njihove o?igledne la?i duboko nepravedna i nepravedna.
Just raised some disputed transactions with Revolut and they closed them within 20 minutes saying the merchant declined. Even if this were true (I don’t believe they even attempted to contact them), it shouldn’t matter what they say unless they provide evidence that the transactions were legitimate ones spent at a spa which they weren’t. I am so beyond disgusted with this excuse for a bank, they are driving me to despair, they have never helped me once get back the tens of thousands I lost through them and now I can’t even get back a few hundred pounds in chargebacks.
Apologies for the rant but I just find the inconsistency in their approach and their blatant lies so deeply unfair and unjust.
