Mobilumpay is the payment processor for Monramp / Atlamp / Faramp / Fatamp. They won't refund you directly, so you have to go with you bank. The problem is Mobilumpay marked these transactions as <Money Transfer> so my bank refused to raise the chargeback.

Masterkard kartice deluju najgore, ali neke pojedina?ne banke poput Monza i Revoluta su u?asne. Stvar je u tome ?to bi trebalo da mo?emo da ka?emo u ?emu je stvarni problem, ali neke banke, pa ?ak i FOS, to jednostavno ignori?u, pa je roba samo ruta.

The Mastercard ones seem the worst, but some individual banks like Monzo and Revolut are terrible. Thing is we should be able to say the actual problem yet some banks and even FOS are just ignoring that so goods is only route.
All mine have deadlines of Mid July after that I am definitely going to look further into what can be done to raise this issue wider as it needs to stop

Totally agree. The merchants that do challenge disputes with fabricated receipts are only opening up a can of worms and forcing themselves into a corner. If a dispute does eventually prove unsuccessful due to fake receipts being submitted by the merchant and you have records of your casino deposits.. well youve got them by the balls. you can use that ammo as a last ditch effort to take them to the cleaners and reveal all their fraudulent behavior.
