Many people play while experiencing strong emotions, etc., which is not entirely safe because the player may not be able to control himself as much as he should, and it would be best if he did not play.

It could have originated from the regulator as well. I do not think they would add it on their own, so the effectiveness of this "measure" is minimal since you just have to say "yes" and move on.

It is not particularly good, but I do not think it is a bad thing either. Furthermore, it might have been inspired by ideas that were ultimately pointless but well-intentioned. But still, they try to support responsible gaming.
