Igrao sam na Mad Rush i pobedio u dva kola. Jedan iznos je bio 150 evra, a drugi 300 evra. Oba iznosa sam podigao 19. januara, ali je samo jedan iznos ispla?en 22. januara (150 evra). Bio sam u kontaktu e-po?tom sa podr?kom na [email protected] nekoliko puta o tome za?to ne ispla?uju 300 evra koje sam tra?io. Novac je jo? uvek naveden kao obrada, tako da ne mogu ni da ga uzmem da bih se igrao. Zaklju?ano je.... Poslao sam dokumente za verifikaciju i potvr?eno je da su zadovoljavaju?i u odgovoru e-po?tom.

Sada mi je strpljenje na izmaku. Nikada nisam iskusio da je trebalo ovoliko dugo da se isplate dobici. Ono ?to me dovodi u sumnju da ?u dobiti novac je to ?to su mogli da isplate 150 evra u roku od 3 dana od podizanja, ali ne i 300 evra.

I was playing on Mad Rush and won in two rounds. One amount was 150 euros and the other was 300 euros. I made the withdrawal of both amounts on January 19, yet only one amount was paid out on January 22 (150 euros). I have been in email contact with support at [email protected] several times about why they are not paying out the 300 euros I have requested. The money is still listed as processing so I cannot even take it back to play with. It's locked.... I have submitted verification documents and they were confirmed satisfactory in an email response.
Here is what they wrote in an email dated February 1:

Even though we fully understand the inconvenience caused and appreciate where you are coming from, we strive to process your withdrawal request as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are currently investigating the case to better understand where the funds are located, and this involves other responsible departments that we need to hear from.

As soon as we hear from the concerned department, we will contact you immediately.

Now my patience is running out. I have never experienced it taking this long to get paid out winnings. What makes me doubt that I will get the money is that they were able to payout 150 euros within 3 days from withdrawal, but not 300 euros.

Jag gjorde uttaget av b?da beloppen den 19 januari men jag fick bara det ena beloppet utbetalt den 22 januari (150 euro). Jag har haft mailkontakt med support p? [email protected] flera g?nger om varf?r dom inte betalar ut dom 300 euro som jag har beg?rt. Pengarna st?r som under behandling fortfarande s? jag kan inte ta tillbaka dom och spela f?r dom heller. Dom ?r l?sta.... Jag har skickat in dokument om verifiering och dom var helt okej fick jag som svar i ett mail.
