I am encountering an issue.

I deposited money using Ethereum.

I then received and wagered the bonus.

I tried to withdraw the money, first verifying via ID, then Face ID, and address. Everything was approved.

However, I still can't withdraw through Ethereum or anything similar.

I was told to choose another withdrawal method, so I tried Neteller, Skrill and Payz. Although I got registered on all of these platforms, I found out that making a deposit via these methods to enable withdrawal is not possible xD.

So, I have over 500€, of which I deposited 200€ myself, and I can't withdraw it through any provider, not even Crypto. It seems like a scam–they're happy for me to deposit, but not withdraw xD

Any help is appreciated.

und zwar habe ich folgendes Problem.

Habe Geld eingezahlt mittels Ethereum.

Habe dann den Bonus erhalten und umgesetzt.

Dann wollte ich Auszahlen als erstes kam die Verifizierung per Ausweis dann noch Face ID und Adresse verifizieren alles wurde Approved.

Trotzdem kann ich nicht über Ethereum oder ?hnliches auszahlen.

Ich soll eine andere Auszahlung w?hlen gesagt getan es stehen noch Neteller Skrill und Payz zur Auswahl überall angemeldet aber leider ist ein Deposit darüber nicht m?glich um eine Auszahlung darüber zu t?tigen muss man darüber vorher etwas Einzahlen xD.

Also ich stehe jetzt da mit über 500€ wovon ich selbst 200 eingezahlt habe aber über keinen Anbieter nichtmals über Crypto auszahlen kann was ist das für ein Scam Einzahlen gerne auszahlen nein Danke xD

Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

• Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
• Was your account verified successfully in the past?

Unfortunately, I can't pay out using any payout method, there are supposedly technical problems all the time and I'm supposed to try again, which then doesn't work.

Crypto is available, which unfortunately is not possible

Neteller, Skrill, Payz don't work either.

Same answer today, tried with Neteller for the second or third time and they tell me I should pay out with Neteller only to be told that it worked and I should try again.

Heute dieselbe Antwort das zweite oder dritte Mal mit Neteller versucht die sagen mir ich soll mit Neteller auszahlen um dann zu erfahren das ile? Ned geklappt hat und ich es nochmals versuchen soll.

After a week they did it via Crypto because everything else works because of restrictions

Nach einer Woche haben sie es doch über Crypto gemacht weil alles andere Ned geht wegen Restrictions
