Zdravo Nik, na?alost nemam nijedan dnevnik ?askanja od kada sam zatvorio svoj prvi nalog jer je to u?injeno putem ?askanja u?ivo na sajtu.
Prilo?io sam dokaz da je moj prvi nalog blokiran. Da, moj prvi nalog je verifikovan i kazino je blokirao i zatvorio moj nalog tek kada sam im ju?e skrenuo pa?nju da je to drugi nalog koji sam otvorio. Nakon verifikacije, mogao sam da napravim depozit na nekoliko nedelja, dok im nisam rekao situaciju. ?to je ?udno, jer su na live chat-u rekli - kada sam verifikovao drugi nalog, oba naloga su bila zatvorena (pogledajte prilo?eni saziv), ?to o?igledno nije bilo ta?no, ina?e ne bih mogao da napravim depozite.
Poslednji put kada sam razgovarao sa njima bilo je jutros u ?askanju u?ivo o poku?aju da vratim depozite za sve gore navedeno. Ju?e su mi rekli da po?aljem mejl [email protected] sa transakcijama, koje sam uradio, ali tek treba da se javim. Onda je danas ta osoba rekla da ih ne?u dobiti nazad, iako u uslovima i odredbama nije ba? jasno u vezi sa ovom situacijom s obzirom na to da su depoziti i da sam mogao da proverim, a zatim da izvr?im depozite.
Prilo?io sam i deo razgovora od ju?e, u kojem podr?ka u?ivo potvr?uje zatvaranje mog drugog naloga. ?to je mnogo vremena nakon ?to sam verifikovan i mnogo vremena nakon ?to mi je dozvoljeno da napravim odre?eni broj depozita. Hvala vam

Hi Nick, I don’t have any of the chat logs from when I closed my first account unfortunately as it was done via live chat on the site.
I have attached proof that my first account is blocked. Yes my first account was verified and the casino only blocked and closed my account once I brought it to their attention yesterday that it was the second account I had opened. After verification I was able to make deposits for a few weeks, until I told them the situation. Which is weird, because on live chat they said - when I verified second account both accounts were closed (see attached convocation), which clearly wasn’t true otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to make deposits.
last time I spoke with them was on live chat this morning about trying to get deposits back for all the above. Yesterday they told me to email [email protected] with transactions, which I have done but am yet to hear back. Then today they person was saying I won’t get them back, even though in the terms and conditions it’s not very clear about this situation given it’s deposits and that I was able to verify and then make deposits.
I have also attached some of the conversation from yesterday, in which the live support is confirming the closure of my second account. Which is a long time after I was verified and a long time after I was allowed to make a number of deposits. Thank you
