Zdravo, ?eleo bih da opi?em svoju situaciju sa ninecasinom. Tamo verifikujem svoj ra?un od 15. februara i kada sam hteo da podignem SVOJ novac, ispostavilo se da uvek ne?to nije u redu sa njima u fajlovima koje sam slao. Morao sam da im po?aljem sve (?ak i bankovne izvode koji nisu u vezi sa onim preko kojeg sam deponovao). Nekoliko puta su me pitali o istim stvarima, koje sam im, naravno, slao. Verifikacija kripto nov?anika, zahtevanje adrese, potvrda broja telefona kod operatera. Na kraju je ra?un verifikovan, i kada sam pomislio da ?u podi?i svoj novac… ninecasino je blokirao moj nalog i ukrao novac. Pitanja i problemi koje sam imao sa sajtom su jedno, ali ne?u dozvoliti da mi ukradu novac. Ju?e sam dobio mejl da je moj nalog zatvoren odlukom administracije kazina i da mi je dobitak konfiskovan.
U nastavku vam ?aljem sve slike i informacije. ?ak su i zaposleni u podr?ci bili zbunjeni za?to je potrebno 2 meseca da se verifikuje moj nalog.
Sada su mi zatvorili nalog i misle da je slu?aj zatvoren jer ne mogu da se prijavim na nalog i slikam da je sve provereno. Pa ne ovaj put, imam neke slike, potvrde da je ve? sve u redu sa nalogom.
Tako?e prikazuje video gde moram da odgovorim na pitanja koja postavlja odeljenje za verifikaciju - ne bi bilo ni?ta ?udno u tome da nije ?injenica da sam ... ve? odgovorio na njih pre 6 nedelja. Neophodno je glasno pisati o tome da Ninecasino krade novac - ako su mislili da mogu da se izvuku tiho, na ?alost, ne sa mnom. Ne znam svoje korisni?ko ime na ninecasino jer ne mogu da se prijavim ovde, ali znam po?tu i druge informacije.
