Buenos dias , mi reclamo es contra el casino NOVIBET , llevo esperando que me llegue el reintegro de mis fondos desde abril del 2024 , dicen que ya me han enviado el pago sin embargo nunca llego el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria , sospecho que es porque me lo enviaron en euros siendo mi cuenta bancaria soles (moneda nacional).
Tengo los estados de cuenta bancario como prueba de que no me llego el dinero , estuve reclamando al casino pero se limitan a siempre responderme lo mismo : que el dinero ya no esta en mi cuenta de juego que ya me han pagado y que reclame a mi banco.
No me dan una solucion , he solicitado que investiguen mi caso , seguramente la transaccion reboto pero a NOVIBET no le importa solucionar este problema , he escuchado tambien de otros usuarios en donde les aseguran que ya les han pagado cuando nunca han recibido el dinero , es realmente preocupante que sucedan estas cosas , al parecer no es seguro y confiable jugar alli.
