Obra?am se u vezi sa problemom sa isplatama na PowerUp-u. Zatra?io/la sam isplatu 17. aprila nakon ?to sam zavr?io/la ceo proces verifikacije, ali jo? uvek nisam primio/la nikakva sredstva.
Trenutno imam 3.488 evra na svom saldu, od ?ega je 1.500 evra ozna?eno kao na ?ekanju - ukupan iznos koji mi duguju je 4.988 evra.
Kontaktirao sam njihovu podr?ku u?ivo vi?e puta, ali stalno dobijam isti odgovor: da ima mnogo zahteva za isplatu, da moram da sa?ekam i da ?u biti obave?ten imejlom. Za sada nisam dobio nikakva obave?tenja.
Pro?lo je dosta vremena, i nedostatak komunikacije je zaista frustriraju?i. Bio bih vam veoma zahvalan na pomo?i u re?avanju ovog problema.

I'm reaching out regarding an issue with withdraws on PowerUp. I requested the withdraw on 17th of April after completing the entire verification process, but I still haven't received any funds.
Currently, I have €3,488 in my balance, with €1,500 marked as pending - the total amount they owe me is €4,988.
I've contacted their live support multiple times, but I keep getting the same response: that there are a lot of withdraw requests, I need to wait, and I'll be updated by email. So far, I haven't received any updates at all.
It's been quite a while now, and the lack of communication is really frustrating. I'd really appreciate your help in resolving this.
