Hvala vam na odgovoru. Na?alost, vi?e nemam pristup odgovoru koji je Pribet mo?da poslao u februaru, jer su njihovi imejlovi dostavljeni u moj folder za ne?eljenu po?tu i od tada su automatski obrisani.
Me?utim, se?am se da je u njihovom tada?njem odgovoru pomenut period isklju?enja od 30 dana i da ne nude povra?aj novca.
Dodao sam svoj zahtev kao prilog pod nazivom zahtev 2.
Nakon toga, moj nalog je privremeno ograni?en, ali sam kasnije ponovo mogao da mu pristupim i nastavim da se kockam. Od 9. juna 2025. godine, ?ini se da je nalog zatvoren (nemam mu pristup), ali nikada mi nije dato potpuno obja?njenje, niti su re?avani nere?eni problemi (uklju?uju?i nedostatak dobitaka).
Javite mi ako vam trebaju dodatne informacije. Posla?u vam sve materijale koje imam na va?u imejl adresu.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the reply Pribet may have sent in February, as their emails were delivered to my spam folder and were automatically deleted since then.
However, I remember that their response at the time mentioned a 30-day exclusion period and stated they do not offer refunds.
I have added my request as an attacment called request 2.
After that, my account was restricted temporarily, but I was later able to access it again and continue gambling. As of June 9, 2025, the account appears to be closed(i have no access to it), but I was never provided with a full explanation, nor were the outstanding issues (including missing winnings) addressed.
