Tack f?r ditt svar. Tyv?rr har jag inte l?ngre tillg?ng till svaret som Pribet kan ha skickat i februari, eftersom deras e-postmeddelanden hamnade i min skr?ppostmapp och sedan dess raderats automatiskt.
Jag minns dock att deras svar d? n?mnde en 30-dagars avst?ngningsperiod och uppgav att de inte erbjuder ?terbetalningar.
Jag har lagt till min beg?ran som en bilaga med namnet beg?ran 2.
Efter det begr?nsades mitt konto tillf?lligt, men jag kunde senare komma ?t det igen och forts?tta spela. Fr?n och med den 9 juni 2025 verkar kontot vara st?ngt (jag har ingen ?tkomst till det), men jag fick aldrig en fullst?ndig f?rklaring, och de utest?ende problemen (inklusive saknade vinster) ?tg?rdades inte heller.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the reply Pribet may have sent in February, as their emails were delivered to my spam folder and were automatically deleted since then.
However, I remember that their response at the time mentioned a 30-day exclusion period and stated they do not offer refunds.
I have added my request as an attacment called request 2.
After that, my account was restricted temporarily, but I was later able to access it again and continue gambling. As of June 9, 2025, the account appears to be closed(i have no access to it), but I was never provided with a full explanation, nor were the outstanding issues (including missing winnings) addressed.
