Problem facing in verification process......

I've deposited 50k on 4th October 2023. Now I've 60k above

I've uploaded all the necessary documents on rajabets on 5th October 2023 but have not verified yet .. it's already been a week .. and when I ask about this problem to the chat bot of rajabets they are telling me that "our risk department will handle it and it will be done by the relevant department asap .thank you for your patience" . I started rajabets with my nick name and some how putted wrong DOB .. My in game full name is -- [edited by www.kpvfaw.com admin] . DOB -- [edited by www.kpvfaw.com admin]. AS PER governmental I'd my name is -- [edited by www.kpvfaw.com admin] . And DOB -- [edited by www.kpvfaw.com admin].. After that I sent a mail to the -- [email protected] but they are saying the same .. than I asked for the customer care number and chat bot is telling me that rajabets's risk department is not able to contact with the users .. I'm disappointed with the verification process .. and I need to withdraw money for some personal use but I'm not able to do this cozz verification is on waiting..

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one? Have you provided all the required documents as soon as possible and in the correct format?
