Ukratko, zapravo je htela da mi ka?e da sam previ?e osvojio na prethodnoj pobedi sa bonus novcem. Rekla je da postoji maksimalni limit za dobitak od 2.500 evra, a isplatila mi je 5.953 evra.
Smanjili su potpuno novi dobitak koji sam osvojio pravim novcem 15. aprila 2025. godine na 2.100 evra jer su ve? isplatili 400 evra od toga. To je rezultiralo dobitkom od 2.500 evra, ?to su proglasili maksimalnim iznosom mog poslednjeg dobitka. Da je kazino smanjio bonus dobitke koje sam zaradio 6. maja 2025. na 2.500 evra, to bi bilo u redu. Jer sam u to vreme imao maksimalni limit dobitka od 2.500 evra.
Ali su mi isplatili ceo moj dobitak. Smatram da je ovo gre?ka kazina, a ne moja.
Kada sam nastavio da igram sa 429 evra pravog novca i ostvario dobitak od 7169 evra, oduzeli su mi preko 5000 evra od toga, iako to nije imalo nikakve veze sa bonus dobicima (koji su ve? bili ispla?eni).
Ovo je apsolutno nepravedno i po mom mi?ljenju kazino krade moj dobitak.

I played Dice by Spribe. After wagering my money, I tried to request a withdrawal, but it didn't work. The €400 withdrawal kept getting canceled.

In short, she actually wanted to tell me that I had won too much on my previous win with bonus money. She said there was a maximum winning limit of €2,500, and she paid me €5,953.
They reduced a completely new win I had won with real money on April 15, 2025, to €2,100 because they had already paid out €400 of it. This resulted in a win of €2,500, which they declared as the maximum of my last win. However, this new win had nothing to do with the old one, simply because it was real money. There was no longer a bonus active at the time.
With the previous win, I had won with the bonus money.
If the casino had reduced the bonus winnings I earned on May 6, 2025, to €2,500, that would have been fine. Because I had a maximum winning limit of €2,500 at that time.
But they paid me my entire winnings. I consider this the casino's mistake, not my own.
When I continued playing with €429 in real money and achieved a real money win of €7169, they deducted over €5000 from that, even though it had nothing to do with the bonus winnings (which had already been paid out).
This is absolutely unfair and in my opinion the casino is stealing my winnings.

Ich habe Dice von Spribe gespielt. Nach meiner Echtgeld Umsetzung wollte ich eine Auszahlung beantragen, doch es funktionierte nicht. Die 400€ Auszahlung wurde immer wieder storniert.

Das fand ich schon sehr merkwürdig. Bei meinem vorigen Gewinn, habe ich ebenfalls erfolgreich umgesetzt und auch da wollten Sie dass ich erneut einen gewissen Betrag umsetze. Auch wenn ich es merkwürdig fand, habe ich den Betrag ohne weitere Fragen umgesetzt. Am Ende hatte ich einen Reingewinn von 7169€
Danach konnte ich aber immer noch keine Auszahlung vornehmen.
Als ich deswegen ca. 1 Woche sp?ter in den Live Chat wollte, um das Problem anzugehen und nachzufragen, sah ich, dass mein Echtgeldgewinn von 7169€ auf 2100,50€ runtergesetzt wurde. (Siehe Screenshot)

In kurzen Worten zusammengefasst, wollte Sie mir eigentlich sagen, dass ich beim Gewinn zuvor, bei dem ich mit Bonusgeld gewonnen hatte, zu viel gewonnen hatte. Sie meinte es gab ein maximales Gewinnlimit von 2500€ und ausgezahlt haben Sie mir 5953€
Sie haben mir einen komplett neuen Gewinn den ich am 15.04.2025 mit Echtgeld gewonnen hatte, auf 2100€ reduziert, weil sie davon schon 400€ ausbezahlt hatten. Es ergibt sich dann ein Gewinn von 2500€., den sie als maximalen Gewinn meines letzten Gewinnes deklariert haben. Nur hatte dieser neue Gewinn mit dem alten nichts mehr zu tun. Schon alleine aus dem Grund, da es sich um Echtgeld handelte. Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt kein Bonus mehr aktiv.
Mit dem vorigen Gewinn, hatte ich mit dem Bonusgeld gewonnen.
Wenn das Casino mir den Bonusgewinn, den ich am 06.05.2025 erzielt habe auf 2500€ reduziert h?tte, w?re das ok gewesen. Denn da hatte ich ein maximales Gewinnlimit von 2500€.
Doch sie haben mir meinen gesamten Gewinn ausbezahlt. Ich sehe das als Fehler des Casinos und nicht als meinen eigenen.
Als ich dann mit 429€ Echtgeld weiter gespielt habe und einen Echtgeldgewinn von 7169€ erzielt habe, ziehen sie mir davon über 5000€ ab, obwohl das mit dem Bonusgewinn (der schon ausbezahlt wurde) nichts mehr zu tun hatte.
Das ist absolut unfair und in meinen Augen bestiehlt mich das Casino meines Gewinnes.
