Nakon opse?nog pregleda va?ih aktivnosti, potvr?eno je da nikada niste poslali e-poruku na?em odeljenju za podr?ku sa zahtevom za zatvaranje. 6. aprila ste kontaktirali u?ivo ?askanje sa zahtevom da zatvorite svoj nalog posebno zato ?to niste dobili ?eljeni broj bonusa . Iako vas je na? predstavnik za ?askanje u?ivo obavestio o potrebi da kontaktirate na?u e-po?tu za podr?ku kako biste obradili zahtev za zatvaranje, odbili ste da sara?ujete, navode?i da ste zavisni od kockanja.
Prema Rollino-ovim T&C-ima :
10.1. Korisnik mo?e da zatvori svoj nalog u bilo kom trenutku tako ?to ?e kontaktirati korisni?ku podr?ku. Zatvaranje ra?una mo?e potrajati do dva radna dana.
Budite sigurni da je kao odgovor na va?u ?albu va? nalog sada zatvoren, u skladu sa na?im Uslovima i odredbama. Tako?e ste primili e-poruku od na?eg odeljenja za podr?ku u kojoj se potvr?uje da je zatvaranje na snazi.

Following an extensive review of your activity, it was confirmed that you've never emailed our support department with a closure request. On April 6th, you've contacted the live chat with a request to close your account specifically because you did not receive the desired number of bonuses. Although you were instructed by our live chat representative about the need to contact our support email in order to process the closure request, you've refused to cooperate, stating a gambling addiction.
As per Rollino's T&C's:
10.1. The user can close his account at any time by contacting customer support. The closure of an account may take up to two business days.
Please rest assured that in response to your complaint, your account was now closed, in accordance to our T&C's. You've also received an email from our support department, confirming the closure being effective.
