Izvinjavam se, ali po?to nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od Rouge Casina u vezi sa ovim problemom, a kazino radi bez zvani?ne licence, tako da, na?alost, ne mo?emo kontaktirati nijednog regulatora niti mo?emo nastaviti rje?avanje ove ?albe bez komunikacije sa Rougeom. Primorani smo to zatvoriti kao 'nerije?eno'.
Jako mi je ?ao ?to nisam mogao vi?e pomo?i, ali barem zatvaranje ove ?albe kao nerije?ene ?e negativno uticati na rejting kazina i drugi igra?i mogu pro?itati o va?em iskustvu u na?oj recenziji.
Nadam se da se vi?e ne?ete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.

Hi Donna,
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the Rouge Casino regarding the issue and the casino is operating without an official license, so, unfortunately, no regulator can be contacted neither we can continue resolving this complaint without communicating with Rouge. We are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
