Prema podr?ci, to je bila tehni?ka gre?ka zbog koje je opklada bila vra?ena nakon 2 nedelje, ali bez bonusa i dobitaka iz tog vremena. Nekako su ovo prikrili jer pra?enje/istorija nije bila dosledna. Za mene je bilo va?no da je barem opklada ponovo tu i bilo je pozitivno da sada mogu da podignem dobitak bez da moram prvo da ga kladim k puta.
Izjava podr?ke da se ovaj iznos ne mo?e isplatiti u celini i da je podeljen na 3 jednaka iznosa koji ?e se ispla?ivati nedeljno. Prva isplata je stigla otprilike nedelju dana nakon ?to sam je zatra?io, a onda sam nedelju dana kasnije kontaktirao podr?ku jer nisam dobio drugu isplatu. Prema podr?ci, ovo bi bilo ispla?eno slede?e nedelje, ali ni ove nedelje ni?ta nije bilo. According to support, it was a technical error that caused the bet to be restored after 2 weeks, but without bonus payments and the winnings from that time. Somehow they covered this up because the tracking/history was not consistent. For me it was important that at least the bet was there again and it was positive that I could now withdraw the winnings without having to wager it x times first.
The statement from support that this amount could not be paid out as a whole and that it was split into 3 equal amounts that would be paid out weekly. The first payout came about 1 week after I requested it, then 1 week later I contacted support because I had not received a second payout. According to support, this would be paid out the following week, but nothing came this week either. I contacted support again, then I got a message that they were checking this, after which I was kicked out of the live chat and I could no longer click the button. Even after trying several times on subsequent days, I could not click the button.

Support sei es ein Technischer fehler der ursprung der nach 2 wochen zumindest der Einsatz wieder hergestellt wurde jedoch ohne Bonuszahlungen und die Damaligen Gewinne, Irgendwie haben sie dies auch vertuscht da das Nachvollziehen/ Verlauf nicht überg?ngig war. Für mich war es wichtig dass zumindest der Einsatz wieder vorhanden war und positiv dass ich nun die gewinne auszahlen konnte ohne x mal zuerst um zu setzen.
Die Aussage des Support, dass bei der Auszahlung diese h?he nicht als ganzes ausgezahlt werden k?nne und man die auf 3 gleich gro?e Betr?ge aufgeteilt wurden die W?chentlich Ausbezahlt wird. Die 1 Auszahlung kam ca 1 woche nach Beantragung, dann 1 woche sp?ter kontaktierte ich den Support da ich keine 2te Auszahlung erhielt, lt. Support wird dies die darauffolgende Woche Ausbezahlt, jedoch auch diese Woche kam Nichts. Ich kontaktierte nochmals den Support, dann kam die meldung das sie dies Prüfen darauf hin flog ich aus dem Live-Chat und ich konnte diesen Button nicht mehr anklicken. Auch mehrmaligen Versuche auf darauffolgenden Tagen konnte ich denn Button nicht Anklicken.
Es gibt immer wieder ungereimtheiten im verlauf, siehe 2tes bild jedoch war es zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht 3 stellig sonder 2 stellig
