Ovo je bilo moje prvo povla?enje iz kazina, ali imam depozit u 3 odvojena navrata.
Podaci o mom nalogu su verifikovani, ali nisam ni?ta dokazao li?nim dokumentom jer u ovom trenutku od mene nije tra?eno da dam.
Uplatio sam depozit i uz to je postojao bonus, tako da mislim da je to vi?e nego verovatno bonus po?to se se?am da je bilo dosta kla?enja koje sam zavr?io.
U ovom trenutku se jo? uvek obra?uje na mom nalogu koji se nije promenio tokom trajanja, dobio sam e-poruku u kojoj je pisalo da je obra?en i odobren moj finansijski tim.
Kako trenutno stoji, jo? uvek sam u kontaktu sa njima, odgovorili su na upit i rekli da istra?uju stvar i da se izvinjavaju zbog ka?njenja, ali mislim da je to samo taktika da me nateraju da ?ekam!!
Da li da im po?aljem e-po?tu sa pitanjem o KIC-u i ponudim svoju li?nu kartu, nemam problema, sigurno je to njihov posao?

This was my first withdrawal from the casino,but I have deposit on 3 separate occasions.
My account details have been verified ,but I haven't proven anything with a form of I.D as I haven't been asked to provide at this moment.
I did deposit and there was a bonus with that ,so I think more than likely a bonus as i remember it being alot of wagering high I completed.
At this moment it's still processing on my account that hasn't changed for the duration,I had an email saying its processed and approved my financial team.
As it stands currently I'm still.in contact with them,They have responded to the query and said they are looking into the matter and apologise for delay,but I think maybe just a tactic to keep me waiting!!
Should I email asking them about KYC and offer my I.D, I have no problem just surely that's their job?
