Sve je i?lo kako treba, 9. aprila su mi platili 500 evra a pravo bi bilo da ostalih 500 uplatim 10.! Umesto toga, otkazali su moju porud?binu i morao sam da po?nem ispo?etka tako ?to sam napravio novo povla?enje koriste?i MasterCard kao ?to sam radio od po?etka. Po?to se ni?ta nije desilo, mislim da je bilo 10. ili 11., ne se?am se ta?no, poslao sam mejl sa pitanjem za novac! Odgovorili su mi na imejl i savetovali me da naru?im bankovnim transferom! Poku?ao sam da pristupim stranici kazina, ali vi?e nisam mogao, tra?io sam telefonski broj svoje ?erke da poku?am da joj pristupim, ali ni ja nisam mogao, tra?io sam mu?evljev i jo? uvek nije uspelo! Dvanaestog sam stigao na posao i zamolio koleginicu za njen broj telefona da poku?am da pristupim stranici kazina, uspeo sam da joj pristupim i nastavio da otka?em porud?binu preko MasterCard-a i izvr?im povla?enje bankovnim transferom. Razgovarao sam sa podr?kom preko njihovog telefona i pitao za novac, na ?ta su mi dali jo? izgovora, a tako?e sam pitao za?to ne mogu da pristupim stranici pomo?u mobilnog telefona! Pitao sam da li su mi blokirali IP, na ?ta je podr?ka odgovorila da nemaju informacije o tome, ali da ne mogu ni da potvrde ni da demantuju! Zbog ?ega sam postao sumnji?av da su to zaista uradili!
Od tada se ni?ta nije desilo, ?aljem mejlove i oni odgovaraju samo sa izvinjenjima i jo? izvinjenja, ne mogu da razgovaram sa podr?kom jer ne mogu da pristupim stranici kazina ni sa jednog telefona ovde kod ku?e. U svakom slu?aju... Posla?u neke od mejlova koje su mi poslali, snimke ekrana povla?enja i otkazivanja, i kako se to ?ini kada poku?am da pristupim stranici kazina sa svog mobilnog telefona i sa jednog od mobilnih telefona ovde kod ku?e.
Cenim va?u pa?nju i nadam se da ?e se ova situacija re?iti jer to ?to rade kupcima je neprihvatljivo, a ako mnogi ne znaju da se ?ale, verujem da ne?e ni platiti!

At the end of January, February and March I also had disputes with them because they owed me 3500 euros and they had more than a month to pay me, they were always cancelling my orders!!! I believe they paid me because I appealed to the guru's complaints!!
Anyway... I'll send some of the emails sent by them, screenshots of withdrawals and cancellations, and how it appears when I try to access the casino page from my cell phone and from one of the cell phones here at home.
