Samo sam hteo da prijavim ne?to ?to se i meni dogodilo sa SlotsPalace-om. 28. maja sam im poslao imejl tra?e?i da trajno izbri?u moj nalog zbog problema sa kockanjem. Jasno sam rekao da ne ?elim da ga ponovo otvorim ili ponovo napravim novi.
Odgovorili su tek 2. juna, a tokom tih dana ra?un je jo? uvek bio otvoren — na kraju sam uplatio i izgubio jo? novca u tom periodu.
?tavi?e, 2. juna sam oti?ao na njihov ?askanje u?ivo (u trenutku slabosti) i odmah su mi ponovo aktivirali nalog, iako sam samo nekoliko dana ranije tra?io trajnu blokadu. Na?alost, kada ne mo?ete da se kontroli?ete, poma?e kada je nalog blokiran i ne mo?ete da igrate - ne mo?ete da izgubite.
Mogu da po?aljem snimak ekrana originalnog imejla kao dokaz. Na?alost, nemam transkript ?askanja, ali bi trebalo.
Nisam siguran da li je mogu? povra?aj novca za ono ?to sam izgubio izme?u 28. maja i 2. juna, ali bih cenio va?e mi?ljenje o ovome.

just wanted to report something that happened to me also with SlotsPalace. On May 28th I sent them an email asking to permanently delete my account because of gambling problems. I clearly said I don’t want to be able to reopen it or create a new one again.
They only replied on June 2nd, and during those days the account was still open — I ended up depositing and losing more money in that time.
What’s even worse, on June 2nd I went to their live chat (in a moment of weakness) and they reactivated my account right away, even though I had asked for a permanent block just days earlier. Unfortunately when you cannot control yourself, it helps when account is blocked and you can't play - you can't lose.
I can send a screenshot of my original email as proof. I don’t have the chat transcript unfortunately, but they should.
Not sure if a refund is possible for what I lost between May 28 and June 2, but I’d appreciate your opinion on this.
