2. Zahtevao/la sam povla?enje sredstava 13. aprila, moj ra?un je ve? bio verifikovan u tom trenutku nakon ?to sam dostavio/la dokaz o identitetu, dokaz o adresi i dokaz o uplati.
3. Posle 3 dana, 16. aprila, moj zahtev za povla?enje je odbijen i dobio sam imejl od odeljenja za verifikaciju o nasumi?noj bezbednosnoj proveri. Tra?eno mi je da dostavim voza?ku dozvolu, li?nu kartu ili izvod iz mati?ne knjige ro?enih, kao i fotografiju na kojoj dr?im paso? i list papira sa nekim brojevima napisanim pored mog lica. Poslao sam dokumenta istog dana.
4. Slede?eg dana, 17. aprila, odeljenje za verifikaciju je odgovorilo i zatra?ilo dodatnu verifikaciju. Sada su tra?ili video snimak mene gde ka?em svoje puno ime, datum snimanja i svrhu videa. Morao sam da poka?em svoju okolinu, mahnem rukom ispred lica nekoliko sekundi, poka?em se kako dr?im paso? i papir sa datumom snimanja i poka?em paso? iz vi?e uglova dok ga rotiram ispred kamere. Snimak sam poslao istog dana.
5. Posle jo? 6 dana, 23. aprila, odeljenje za verifikaciju je odgovorilo i zatra?ilo jo? vi?e verifikacije. Sada su tra?ili dokaz o vlasni?tvu nad mojim brojem telefona i platne listi?e za poslednja 3 meseca. Poslao sam dokumenta istog dana.
6. Danas je 13. maj, pro?lo je mesec dana otkako sam prvi put zatra?io povla?enje i 3 nedelje otkako sam dostavio najnovija dokumenta, a jo? uvek nisam dobio nikakvo a?uriranje od odeljenja za verifikaciju. Prvobitno mi je podr?ka preko njihovog ?askanja u?ivo rekla da mogu da o?ekujem a?uriranje u roku od 24 sata, ali to o?igledno nije bila istina. Sada redovno kontaktiram podr?ku preko ?askanja u?ivo da bih tra?io a?uriranja, ali oni nisu u mogu?nosti da mi pomognu. Jedina informacija koju pru?aju je da odeljenje za verifikaciju jo? uvek obra?uje dokumenta i da nemaju nikakve informacije o tome kada ?u dobiti a?uriranje.

I sent the documents on the same day.
4. The next day, on April 17, the verification department replied and asked for more verification. They now requested a video recording of myself where I say my full name, the date of the recording, and the purpose of the video. I had to show my surroundings, wave my hand in front of my face for several seconds, show myself holding my passport and a paper with the date of the recording, and show my passport in multiple angles while rotating it in front of the camera. I sent the recording on the same day.
5. After 6 more days, on April 23, the verification department replied and asked for even more verification. They now requested proof of ownership of my phone number and salary slips for the last 3 months. I sent the documents on the same day.
6. Today is May 13, it has been 1 month since I first requested the withdrawal and 3 weeks since I provided the latest documents, and I have still not received any update from the verification department. I was initially told by the support on their live chat that I could expect an update within 24 hours, but that was clearly not true. I am now regularly contacting support on live chat to ask for updates, but they are not able to help me. The only information they are providing is that the verification department is still processing the documents and that they do not have any information on when I will receive an update.
