Deponovao sam i napravio povla?enje za 100¢€ i zavr?eno je za nekoliko sati. 15. februara sam ponovo deponovao i istog dana sam tra?io isplatu od 300€. Zbog jednog i jedinog puta kada sam tako brzo dobio svoj novac, stupio sam u kontakt sa njihovim ?askanjem u?ivo za 24 sata kada su mi rekli da ponekad isplate traju nekoliko dana i ako transakcija ne bude zavr?ena za 48 sati, trebalo bi da stupim u kontakt sa njima da ubrzam stvari.
Nekih 2-3 dana od kada je tra?eno povla?enje, primetio sam da su ga otkazali bez ikakvog drugog obave?tenja. Kontaktirao sam ?askanje u?ivo i poslao e-po?tu njihovoj korisni?koj podr?ci i oni su mi rekli ovo:

Imajte na umu da proces pregleda obi?no traje do 14 dana, iako se povremeno mo?e produ?iti i nakon ovog vremenskog okvira". Nisam dobio nikakav odgovor ko je "provajder" i zbog ?ega sam "istra?en".
Situacija je takva, do danas kada sam dobio isti odgovor. Novac je i dalje u redu sa mojim aktivnim nalogom, ali opcija povla?enja mi je isklju?ena. Imam dokaze za to. Tako?e sam pisao ibets diskusionom forumu va?eg sajta, sa snimcima ekrana i fotografijama.

Due to the one and only time i've got my money so soon, i got in touch with their live chat in 24hrs when they told me that sometimes withdrawals take a couple of days and if the transaction wouldn't be completed in 48hrs, i should get in touch with them to speed things up.
Some 2-3 days since the withdrawal was asked, i noticed that it was cancelled by them without any other notice. I contacted live chat and sent an email to their customer support of theirs and they told me this:
"We would like to inform you that your gaming session has been forwarded to the provider for review. During this period, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily suspended. Please note that the review process typically takes up to 14 days, although it may occasionally extend beyond this timeframe". I didn't get any answer on who is the "provider" and what am i been"investigated" for.
The situation is like this, till today when i got the same answer. Money are still ok my active account but i the withdrawal option is been turned off for me. I have proof to back my words for that. I also wrote to ybets discussion forum of your site, with screenshots and photos.
