Povla?enje 500 odlo?eno od maja – ra?un ?pod pregledom" bez razloga
Zdravo,
Zatra?io sam isplatu od 500 evra sa YBets-a 25. maja 2025. godine.
Nakon mnogo neuspelih poku?aja povla?enja sredstava, zahtev je kona?no poslat, ali je nalog potom ozna?en kao ?u pregledu od strane provajdera". Od tada nisam dobio nikakvo jasno obja?njenje, samo nejasnu poruku u kojoj se navodi da bi to moglo potrajati du?e od 15 dana.
Pro?lo je vi?e od 3 nedelje bez ikakvog napretka, a nije dat ni ta?an rok. U pro?losti sam dostavio svu potrebnu KYC dokumentaciju i nisam prekr?io nijedan uslov.
Kontaktirao sam korisni?ku podr?ku i dao im 48 sati da odgovore pre nego ?to sam eskalirao problem. Sada podnosim ovu ?albu kako bih zatra?io pomo? da mi se novac vrati.

500 Withdrawal Delayed Since May – Account "Under Review" Without Reason
Hello,
I requested a €500 withdrawal from YBets on May 25th, 2025.
After many failed attempts to withdraw previously, the request was finally submitted, but then the account was marked as "under review by the provider." I have not received any clear explanation since then, only a vague message saying it might take more than 15 days.
It has now been over 3 weeks with no progress, and no exact deadline has been given. I have provided all necessary KYC documents in the past and have not violated any terms.
I contacted customer support and gave them 48 hours to respond before escalating the issue. I am now submitting this complaint to seek help in getting my money released.
