500 Uttag f?rsenat sedan maj – Konto "under granskning" utan anledning

Jag beg?rde ett uttag p? 500 € fr?n YBets den 25 maj 2025.
Efter m?nga misslyckade f?rs?k att g?ra uttag tidigare skickades beg?ran slutligen in, men sedan markerades kontot som "under granskning av leverant?ren". Jag har inte f?tt n?gon tydlig f?rklaring sedan dess, bara ett vagt meddelande som s?ger att det kan ta mer ?n 15 dagar.
Det har nu g?tt ?ver 3 veckor utan framsteg, och ingen exakt deadline har givits. Jag har tillhandah?llit alla n?dv?ndiga KYC-dokument tidigare och har inte brutit mot n?gra villkor.
Jag kontaktade kundsupporten och gav dem 48 timmar p? sig att svara innan de eskalerade ?rendet. Jag skickar nu in detta klagom?l f?r att f? hj?lp med att f? mina pengar utbetalda.

500 Withdrawal Delayed Since May – Account "Under Review" Without Reason
Hello,
I requested a €500 withdrawal from YBets on May 25th, 2025.
After many failed attempts to withdraw previously, the request was finally submitted, but then the account was marked as "under review by the provider." I have not received any clear explanation since then, only a vague message saying it might take more than 15 days.
It has now been over 3 weeks with no progress, and no exact deadline has been given. I have provided all necessary KYC documents in the past and have not violated any terms.
I contacted customer support and gave them 48 hours to respond before escalating the issue. I am now submitting this complaint to seek help in getting my money released.
