Den 12/03/2025 gjorde jag en ins?ttning p? 500 INR till mitt 10CRIC-konto, men transaktionen misslyckades. Samma dag fick jag ett e-postmeddelande fr?n 10CRIC som bekr?ftade att ins?ttningen misslyckades och att jag skulle f? en ?terbetalning inom 10 arbetsdagar (senast den 24/03/2025).
?n i dag har jag dock inte f?tt min ?terbetalning. Jag har kontaktat deras supportteam flera g?nger och har l?mnat mitt ursprungliga, oredigerade kontoutdrag som t?cker transaktionsperioden, direkt mottaget fr?n min bank. Trots detta forts?tter de att avvisa mitt uttalande utan att ge n?gon giltig f?rklaring till vad som saknas eller ?r felaktigt. I am filing this complaint against 10CRIC due to their failure to process my refund of ?500, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks.
On 12/03/2025, I made a deposit of ?500 to my 10CRIC account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. The same day, I received an email from 10CRIC confirming that the deposit failed and that I would receive a refund within 10 business days (by 24/03/2025).
However, to this day, I have not received my refund. I have reached out to their support team multiple times and have provided my original, unedited bank statement covering the transaction period, directly received from my bank. Despite this, they keep rejecting my statement without providing any valid explanation as to what is missing or incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, they continue sending generic responses, delaying the refund indefinitely.
I have asked them to clearly state whether they intend to refund my money or not, but they refuse to give a direct answer. This kind of behavior suggests deliberate delay tactics and raises concerns about their fairness towards customers.
