Den 31 maj 2023 st?ngdes mitt konto av. Jag har haft ett p?g?ende uttag p? cirka 800/900 EUR (beg?rt den 20 maj) och ytterligare cirka 200/300 EUR p? mitt saldo. Strax efter avst?ngning har jag f?tt detta mejl fr?n [email protected] :

Ditt konto har st?ngts av fr?n bedr?geriavdelningen, eftersom det har funnits n?gra misstankar som m?ste kontrolleras.

Klockan var 31.05 och jag har inte f?tt detta "slutliga svar" f?rr?n nu trots att jag har skickat m?nga e-postmeddelanden till dem.
Innan jag blev avst?ngd har jag gjort allt enligt villkoren f?r detta casino. Jag ?r 100% s?ker p? det eftersom jag under spel och innan jag gjorde varje ins?ttning och f?r varje bonus alltid varit i kontakt med kasinokonsulten p? chatten och jag har bett om allt som maximal insats per snurr, oms?ttningskrav och uteslutna slots.

On May 31st 2023, my account got suspended. I have had there 1 pending withdrawal on around 800/900 EUR (requested on May 20th) and another around 200/300 EUR in my balance. Just after suspension I have received this e-mail from [email protected]:
"Hello,
Your account has been suspended from the Fraud department, as there has been some suspicions that need to be checked.
We will contact you again once we have the final answer.
Regards,
Bet24star"
It was 31.05 and I have not received this "final answer" until now despite I have been sending many e-mails to them.
Before being suspended I have been doing everything according to the terms and conditions of this casino. I am 100% sure about it because during play and before making every deposit and getting every bonus I have always been in touch with casino consultant on the chat and I have been asking for everything like maximum bet per spin, wagering requirements and excluded slots.
Out of nowhere on 13.07 I was informed by their financial department ([email protected]) that "according to the terms and conditions, you are eligible to receive a 100 EUR payment."
Please contact them. You have my permission for full access to my account, including betting history, transactions and all chats with consultants. I have totally nothing to hide. My account at this casino is registered with the same e-mail (j*****@gmail.com) as on www.kpvfaw.com.
