Jag ?r ledsen att meddela dig, men kasinot v?grade att kommunicera med oss ang?ende detta problem. Det fanns ocks? ett meddelande fr?n casinot om att de bara kan hantera en spelare direkt. D?rf?r kan vi inte forts?tta att l?sa detta klagom?l och vi ?r tvungna att st?nga det som "ol?st".
Normalt, f?r att n? n?gon form av ?verenskommelse, m?ste alla tre parter (spelare, kasino och medlare) kommunicera n?ra. Tyv?rr ?r s? inte fallet och vi l?mnades ensamma i v?rt f?rs?k att l?sa detta problem.

I am sorry to let you know, but the casino refused to communicate with us regarding this issue. There was also a note from the casino stating that they are only able to deal with a player directly. Therefore, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
Normally, to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.
I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
