IMO you should have gone down Goods and Services not received route - you do need to prove you tried to contact the merchants though.

They are just providing fake receipts to object to goods not received so be careful the incorrect mcc they cannot come back on

They are able to view the merchant name from their end and no further information. I was advised to google their names, which i did, but no infos.

What bank is it as my banks gave me postcode and actual address merchant code category code this was Lloyds santander and my credit card companies

They are still actively trading. What do you need i have proof of slots Rigged when I complained as I kept getting kicked out of game every time I hit a bonus round and when reloaded it gave nothing .They blocked my account and did not give me my funds then I had numerous fraudulent attempts on my card .I had to cancel my card and order new one
