Actually I did the same when it come to sports betting companies. I was quite surprised that some companies refused to verify me in advanced. They just said: "We don't want your documents, make the deposits and we'll ask you to complete the verification when we feel it's needed." I didn't make any deposits there, but I just want to say it's not that easy in some cases. They just refuse to verify you ??
That's true, even when you tell 1win to verify you,they'll say there's no restriction on your account, so there's no need for verification!

The market is still on the rise and new casinos or betting sites pop up all the time. People need to realise that it is their choice to join a casino or not. Just because the the invitation mail says "Only today special offer!!!sign up now to get welcome bonus... " or something like this means you can't do a bit research or tell them to verify first. You not missing out of something if you refuse to register and deposit straight away. Because there are hundreds of Casinos that want you to register. And like in real life, first impression is all. If I don't like the look of the site or I getting pop ups advertising bonuses everytime I click on something, or i feel something is off. I don't join. Even the casino has a good reputation. There are always others.
Unfortunately, as long people keep on making deposits just by any casino even it's obvious they fake (like this one) , casinos like this will continue to rip off players. 1win might be closing down at some point but the owners (whoever they might be) just open a new one and when its made enough money it will close down and the owners will.....and so on.

Yesterday I contacted "Antillephone N.V" license and complaint.
They sent a message to 1win while tagging me in the message, they told them I claimed innocence but the casino accused me rule 9.7.
The casino has not replied yet!

That's what I said in my other post. They just get as much as they can, and then the site disappears. But by then they launched the next one. They have the blueprint already, they just need to change the look.
But some really hardcore sites don't even bother to go into hiding.. Look at the casinos run by WoT N.V . Beep beep Casino F1 Casino and Marvel Casino . They not only provide fake slots, they made their very own "erotic" slots using sounds and build from novomatic slots and then added some Avengers or Star Wars parody porn gifs to it.
They are blacklisted or have a big warning!!! in their reviews by basically any casino review site across the net, yet they still online doing their business like always. I think the first went online 3or 4 years ago.

I read a thread and complaint that got me thinking...I think gambling is not a good thing to do!
The bookmakers are fraudsters,because we gamble on their sites they believe we are fraudsters too,in the process to win more money, they decides to run away with our funds...thinking/knowing well that we won't quit and probably might overlook that and open another account and continue!

It depends on how you gamble. For online gambling its best gamblers come up with a set of rules and stick to it.
Can you really blame them? They see that the authorities are helpless and use the situation. And of course they know that a large percentage of gamblers wont stop. But is all their fault? The player is angry with the casino and says " you bastard ripping me off, all of you should be in jail".
The casino answers" Yes we do and won't stop until you stop coming back to us. Idiot "
The sad thing is that the casino is right. What people always forget is that no casino or bookmaker ever has forced a player to make a deposit . Only we player make deposits. Voluntarily.

Iam sorry about your losses. Gambling can be fun you know. Unfortunately you did something that kills the fun straight away. Using money that was supposed to pay something important!!! Don't gamble with money that should pay a bill or rent . And don't gamble to raise money For paying a bill or rent. It's not worth it , because if you loose you not jus angry at the casino, you will get angry with yourself . Gambling should be fun, like going to a concert or to see a movie is fun You need to buy tickets for both. No money For the ticket s means you can't go. Simple. Your gambling money is like those tickets. And the payment for those tickets is the exact amount of the rent or bills you have to pay.

If you're into gambling, sometimes when you're broke or inneed of money, you see gambling as an opportunity to make more money so as to pay off your bills, that's very risky thou, on my own case, I took the risk and made more money but was denied both the capital and the profits.
Going through the 1win complaints here, I found out that most complaints were rejected because their winnings came from sports while most players became unresponsive.
I believe the casino purposely don't reply to complaints on time,so the players can get pissed or tired and stop responding to the guru's, so the complaint can be closed and result to the casino's favour!
One way or another, there have been over 140 submitted complaints up to this day. I'd say it makes a point.
It's fair to say that over 80 complaints were closed as unresolved, you are correct a huge amount was closed because players stopped responding to those complaints.
I thought 1win is the worst casino and will soon be tagged scammers but I saw wild pharaoh it has 0.6/10, yet not tagged scammers but have a very bad reputation still I felt theirs is quite understanding though they turned unresponsive at most.....its a delay in payment, they hardly block accounts with money inside,but 1win gives stupid excuses and blocks one's account with thier money inside!
