I tried to close my account from betandyou four or five times. First time they said me that they can't close my account. In their T&C says that i have the right to permanently close my account from their site. The second time i tried they gave me another contact and after that they did not ansawer me anymore. Not only do they have one of the worst customer services i have ever seen, they will fabricate lies to deceive you, and to try and discredit you. They will bend their ToS and general conditions for their personal gain, and will go back on their word in order to not give you back anything they promised! Make sure you always save every interaction with this casino! Literally the worst experience ever at an online casino.
