N?r jag konfronterade laget med inneh?llet i kampanjen bekr?ftade de skriftligen att "hjulet ?r betalt" och endast erbjuds med en deposition, trots annonsering om motsatsen.
Detta ?r vilseledande reklam, eftersom reklamtexten tydligt lovar en gratis provperiod utan n?gon ins?ttningsskyldighet.
Jag har alla bevis:

- Sk?rmdumpar av villkoren
– Samtal med support d?r de erk?nner att hjulet inte ?r ledigt.
Jag ?r en lojal kund, men denna praxis ?r o?rlig och skadar spelarnas f?rtroende.

I understand that a handful of players feel like this is just a one-way responsibility, but you seem to be well aware of the Spanish gambling regulator. From your response, though, it seems like your country is not even among the allowed countries mentioned in the terms (or is listed among the restricted countries) and you were given confusing information. Is this what has happened, please? Upon last check, Spain was restricted indeed.
However, not every casino is able to automatically detect where you come from based on your IP. They should, however, adjust the registration form adequately. Restricted countries should not be available in the registration form, so the player will know he should check the terms. When we're talking about responsibility, this will maybe surprise you, but every player should read terms and conditions because by creating an account, you agree to them. ??
Were you able to register by filling in Spain as your country of residence, please?

Out of curiosity, did the casino actually use the fact that you live in Spain against you? Is this perhaps the reason for not paying out the winnings?
