I tried to withdraw money, and they locked my account for 7 weeks, week 2 I was told account verified no one would reply, finally got it unlocked and they took all my money, I still have not had a email, Live surport was no help I asked for some complimentary free spins in the meantime and was offered a bonus in stead, I said I had no money, they asked why I said because you took it I'll have to wait until pay day and then excluded me for my replys still no email still no money, don't recommend at all, I did untill I tryed to cash out, took my money for months then do this

Hi, so the casino first blocked your account where you had funds and then unblocked it with the fact that you had nothing in it, do I understand correctly ? Was there any reason for the casino to take your money ?

I get that this is certainly frustrating and I don't think it takes that long to verify the address. Especially when you say it's already verified but the account is still blocked. Of course the casino's response would be the best, but since they don't bother to answer, it's difficult.

I am having a similar situation where I was told my withdrawal for $4,000 CAD has been transferred to my bank however my bank has not received any transfer. They have given me two proofs of payments from their payment provider (although each proof is from a different company) but when ive given this information to my bank i am told it is does not include the relevant tracking number. International transfers are to take 3 - 5 business days and it is now day 7. I've been trying to get Gate777 to provide me the correct tracking number since the wire transfer was first sent out but they kept on ignoring or passing the responsibility back to me and my bank to track the payment and not acknowledging what my bank has told me. This is all extra frustrating because i didnt want wire transfer as my withdrawal method. They rejected my initial withdrawal requests via Interac and Much Better wallet citing those methods failed (which was very suspicious). It seems they deliberately wanted to send via wire transfer which is more difficult to track and more succeptible to failure and delays. I am starting to question if the money was every actually transferred despite being given confirmation documents from what seems like two credible payment providers. I've filed a complaint on here going into more detail on the sequence of events, but i want to know if there are any players who have had successful withdraws via Gate777 recently. That would make me more confident this is all going to work out. But it seems there is very little recent positive user reviews or feedback on the casino, despite it having a good score by the website. This has been such a stressful and unpleasant experience and i just want it resolved.
