Hello. I did request a withdraw but but it is still within the 3 business day deadline they claim in their t&c. I'm just curious of how long it did take. Because if what other players are saying is true I think it will take a while for me to withdraw my winnings, if they pay ofc

Sometimes I wouldn't get so fixated on Terms because I think occasionally there are things that happen that hold up the whole withdrawal. But if there are any problems and you didn't get your money, we'll be here and try to help if we can.

That's just rude. I mean, even if the casino staff has for some reason decided to disclose all channels, I would expect an explanation or honestly event he account closure would make more sense to me.

Did you try to get in touch via social media? I imagine it won't help much...

Have you ever been told all bonuses have been restricted? What you described sounds almost like another sort of "administrative decision."

Sounds like it. Sometimes the chat disappears after a player complains about RTP and so-called non-paying games or anything in the similar field. However, ignoring a payout request or account closing request is much worse, of course.

Obviously such situations lack any logic. No matter what happened, an explanation is a must, at least for me.

If you aim to close the account at Lirabet anyway, maybe submitting a complaint against them will work out.

I think the best thing to do is to see what players are doing in this thread or user reviews and complaints. That should give you a pretty good idea of what the casino is like. Even now, players here are addressing their situations, so you can learn a lot from them as well. 

So you'll have to decide where you're going to play and whether it's worth it.

The main problem is probably the time they take to process a withdraw, from what I've been reading is way more than the 3 business days they claim, but I want to believe that they will eventually fix whatever is going on. and the daily limit is low. I'm in my 5th day waiting. Some people are also claiming that the support is ignoring them, but I didn't have that problem with support. I think if you keep cordial and respectful they won't ignore you.

You don't mean that you would have filed a complaint when it has been going on for quite a while? I think the month you waited before is enough to withdraw and I probably wouldn't want to wait anyway, although you probably can't do anything about it. Did you play with the bonus or not?
