Bara en uppdatering. VD:n kontaktade mig och ber?ttade att han personligen har behandlat mitt uttag. Han har st?ngt mitt konto men f?rst?tt situationen och bett om urs?kt.
Detta visar verkligen ett genuint engagemang f?r spelarna och en legitim VD.
Just an update. The CEO got in contact with me and told me he personally has processed my withdrawal. He has closed my account but understood the situation and apologised.
this does show genuine commitment to players and a legit CEO.
